Please read these terms before using Heralds Store. Using the site, or opening an account, means you accept them.

1. About us
Heralds Store (heraldsstore.com) is a free social game website, operated by (company number ), . “We” and “us” mean whoever runs the site. Contact us through the contact form or at .
2. What the site provides
The site offers free slot and arcade-style games for entertainment. It is not a gambling service. There is no real-money play, no deposits, no purchases, no withdrawals and no prizes of money or real-world value. The About page explains more.
3. Who may use it
- You must be 18 or older. If you are younger, you must not use the site or open an account.
- It is your job to check that free social games are lawful where you live. The site is not blocked by country, but it is not offered to anyone in a place where using it would be unlawful.
- You confirm you are an adult when you arrive. If you open an account, we also check your date of birth.
4. Virtual credits
Games use virtual credits for play only. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services, here or anywhere else. Nothing you do in a game earns anything of real-world value, and doing well in a free game does not predict how you would do gambling for money.
5. Optional accounts
- You do not need an account to play. Accounts are free and optional, and can be opened with email and password or with Google.
- If you open one, give accurate details and look after your password. The account is personal: do not share it, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
- You may delete your account at any time in My account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that appears to belong to someone under 18.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site while under 18, or help anyone under 18 to do so;
- try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, accounts or servers;
- run bots, scripts or other automation against the games or forms, or send spam through our forms;
- copy, scrape, resell or re-host the games or site content without our written permission;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or deceive others.
7. Games and availability
Games are served from our own domain and load inside our pages. We may add, change, pause or remove any game or feature at any time. We do not promise that the site or any game will be always available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Game outcomes are random or rule-based as each game is designed, and have no effect outside the game.
8. Ownership
The site, its design, the games and their content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play the games in your browser for your own entertainment. All other rights are reserved.
9. Messages you send
When you contact us, you confirm that what you write is accurate and lawful. We use your message to reply, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Playing responsibly
Free games can still take up more time than you intend. Please take regular breaks and see the Responsible Gaming page for tools and sources of help. You can ask for a break or an account restriction at any time through the contact form.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available” as free entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and accept no liability for losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the site, including lost virtual credits or game progress, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
13. Privacy and cookies
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
